Never Stuck, Embrace your Options.

How do you deal with loneliness? We all are more social now than in 2020-2023 and yet many still feel very lonely. You can even feel lonely when with a group of friends.

Let's talk solutions:

First know there are many reasons for this. Its not your fault. Here are some causes and things to try.

If you work so many hours that you haven't time or energy for friends, then make more friends at work and connect with them outside of work. Also determine if your work load is self imposed or other imposed and address it.


If you are depressed or experience anxiety, see a professional, a therapist, or make an appointment with me. With support the symptoms with lessen and you will feel better.

Also if you have experienced trauma, whether recent or in years past, the effects can be lessened with skilled, kind, support.


Be heard. Feel better.

If you feel unworthy of a better life, again, make a change: seek professional help, try new groups of friends, do volunteer work especially with animals or babies, or take a calculated risk and reach out.

Finally, if you are slipping into substance abuse or addiction, ask for help asap. There are free programs, spiritual programs and medical approaches. You deserve help and health.

As you take action, you are trusting yourself to take care of you. You are empowering you.
