A Spiritual Coming Out

The second book I wrote is titled: Unfolding the Mystery of Self – We Are Never Alone.

In it I talk about spiritual discoveries in my life, such as dreams and their messages, three visions I had and how I eventually learned what they meant.

The third part of the book is a large section called Consciousness which includes chapters on emptiness, meditation, mindfulness, awareness and true self.  This section possibly is an example of how we teach what we need to learn. Although I wrote this years ago, I still have to practice sitting and allowing my meditations to be flat or fulfilling.

Living in awareness is a moment to moment practice. Although I fully love living with intuition, there are times I ignore it because for instance I'm in a crowded place and don't want to feel how everyone is doing.

Consciousness also means being able to tune in and sense where to be when, what to say or not say, moreover it has higher guidance. With that higher guidance, I am never alone. I talk to Source throughout the day. Again not something I tell most people yet I suspect if you have read this far, you are not most people, and have your own intuition and higher guidance.

The writing of this book was a coming out-like experience sharing my spiritual and mystical life with whoever would read it.  It was challenging because I had to face how different I feel and sound compared to others. My friends didn’t have a problem with it. It was just my fear of being rejected for being psychic, spiritual, talking about the world as an illusion, communicating with angels and my insights from mystical experiences. I guess an example of feel the fear and do it anyway.
